  • We do require cats to be in a crate from the time of pick up until drop off due to the fact that cats are usually scared and it's their nature to run away and hide when frightened.

  • We assume no responsibility for pets that get away and we can't catch.

  • Scheduling Policy

  • Scheduling for transport is required at least 2 weeks in advance and must be paid for in advance before transport.Add ons can be arranged providing we have space and do not deviate from our original route by too many miles.

  • Rescheduling Policy

  • We require a 1 week notice of reschedule before transport date or a 25% non refundable fee will be assessed, not to exceed $100 max.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 1 week notice of cancellation before transport date or a 25% non refundable fee will be assessed, not to exceed $100 max.

  • We accept Credit Cards, Cash, or Postal Money Orders Only

  • No Personal Checks Will Be Accepted

  • When paying for services with a Debit or Credit Card, payment must be made through our PayPal Button, located on our Home Page
